We’re Back! The Happy Moose Trading Co. Is Reopening 🫎💚

It’s been a little quiet around here for a while, but we’re very happy to say that The Happy Moose Trading Co. is officially reopening – with a clearer focus, a refreshed website and a wardrobe full of new ideas.

We’re still the same small, family-run brand based in the North East of England. The difference now is that we’re putting the spotlight firmly on what we love most:
playful, feel-good clothing and a few cosy extras for you and your home.

This blog is just a quick catch-up on what’s changed, what’s new, and what you can expect from us going forward.

A New Focus: Clothing First

Over time, the shop had grown into a bit of an “everything” space – gifts, ornaments, jewellery, home bits, all sorts. It was lovely, but it also meant the heart of what we wanted to do got a little lost.

So we’ve taken a step back, had a tidy up, and decided to keep things simple:

What we’re focusing on now

• Adult T-shirts – relaxed, easy to wear, with Happy Moose characters, coastal themes and a few story-inspired designs

• Hoodies & sweaters – cosy layers for everyday North East weather

• Jackets & coats – casual outerwear with subtle moose and coastal details

• Kids’ T-shirts – fun designs for older kids and little adventurers

• Baby clothing – soft, gentle babygrows and vests with cute, comforting artwork

Alongside that, we’re keeping a small range of:

• Mugs and cups – for your morning brew or late-night hot chocolate

• Pictures and wall hangings – unique art prints and canvases featuring moose, coast and story-inspired scenes

In short: less clutter, more clothing, and a shop that feels more “us”.

For the Smallest Moose: Baby & Kids

One of the parts we’re most excited about is the children’s side of things.

Our baby range is all about soft fabrics, simple designs and gentle colours. You’ll find babygrows and vests featuring our own Happy Moose characters and other friendly, comforting artwork – the sort of things we’d happily give as gifts ourselves.
